VINIFICATIONIn our vineyards, the grapes are hand picked and carried in small boxes to our wine cellar. After a short amount of time they are crushed and pressed. The collected wine is then left to rest for about 72 hours. After decantation, fermentation occurs for 2 weeks at a stable temperature of 12ºC preserving all the aromas from the selected grapes.
OENOLOGYJosé Morais & Daniel Costa
