Shipping Costs

Shipments are possible to Portugal, Europe and United States of America.

All orders are express shipped with tracking directly to the customer.

Free delivery is available for orders over €100 in the Porto area. This delivery method requires prior scheduling. After the purchase, we will reach out to arrange the delivery date and time, according to our route availability and stock confirmation. For this reason, delivery may not be immediate.

Shipping to non-EU countries can have an extra cost of 45 euros due to the customs clearance fee. This value is not included in the final shipping price.

Shipping Times

Shipments are sent out every Thursday, so estimated delivery times begin from the following Thursday after purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns nor exchanges, except when the order gets damaged by the carrier. If that's the case, please contact us.

Order Cancellation or Modification

You can cancel or edit the order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Just email us with the subject "Cancel/Edit my order" and the details in the body.
