VINIFICATION Red grapes from our vineyards are hand-harvested and transported to the winery in small crates. The process begins with destemming and crushing in lagares. Pre-fermentative maceration is carried out via mechanical treading, followed by spontaneous fermentation under temperature control for 8 to 10 days. After pressing, the wine is aged for approximately 18 months, split between stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES Aromas of ripe fruit and subtle spice notes. It is a smooth and balanced wine, with present tannins and an engaging finish.

IDEAL CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE To be served between 15ºC and 18ºC.
