VINIFICATION The red grapes from our vineyards are handpicked and transported in small boxes to our winery. The process begins with destemming, crushing, and placing them in vats. Pre-fermentative maceration is done mechanically. Spontaneous fermentation, with temperature control, takes about 8 to 10 days, followed by pressing. The wine is then aged in barrels for approximately 24 months.

TASTING NOTES Bright ruby colour. Elegant aroma with notes of red fruit and toast. Delicate and soft body with rounded tannins, giving a persistent, long finish.

IDEAL CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE To be served between 15ºC and 18ºC.
