VINIFICATION The red grapes from our vineyards are harvested by hand and transported in small boxes to our cellar. We start the process with a destemming, crushing and packaging in the mills. Fermentation is always accompanied by maceration with mechanical treading and temperature control, running for about 8 days. This process is concluded with the pressing of the grape's skins. Stage is divided between stainless steel vats and barrels. (12 to 18 months).

TASTING NOTES Bright ruby colour. Elegant aroma with notes of red fruit and toast. Delicate and soft body with rounded tannins, giving a persistent, long finish.

IDEAL CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE To be served between 15ºC and 18ºC.
GASTRONOMY Ideal in the company of poultry dishes, red meat and cheese board.
