Sourced from olives hand-picked in our grove, where centenarian olive trees grow naturally, bordering our vineyards. This superior category olive oil, produced from the Cobrançosa, Cordovil, and Verdeal Transmontana varieties, is obtained solely by mechanical procedures and through cold extraction.
