Over the decades, it has gradually oxidized, becoming balsamic and with a deep color, with hints of orange.

TASTING NOTES Deep golden colour with hints of orange. Complex and persistent aroma with notes of dried fruit, figs and jam. Sweet and elegant on the palate, creamy and full of harmony, capable of provoking unique and unforgettable sensations.
